General Description

Bluebell Lodge is a privately owned three bedroom lodge with luxury accommodation for up to 6 people. Modern and well-appointed, Bluebell Lodge has en suite bathroom to the main bedroom, and with full central heating and double glazing is cosy throughout the year. The lodge has a large gated balcony with extensive views

Bluebell Lodge is only minutes from Windermere, Bowness and Ambleside, but peace and quiet are ensured by its setting in the beautiful and tranquil Troutbeck Valley. The Troutbeck river runs through the park providing a river pool area where children and adults can paddle and fish, there is free WiFi in the lodge and a childrens play area with zip wire, and large sports field. You will also find a park shop, a laundrette and the Haybarn pub which serves local ales and food and shows Sky TV.

Rental Notes:

• Smoking is not allowed in the lodge.
• Weekly changeover is normally on Friday.
• A £45 local cleaning / laundry charge is payable with the final balance.
• Total price includes gas, electricity, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own tea towels.
• A deposit of £100 or (25% if greater) will secure your booking and the balance becomes due 8 weeks before your arrival date.
• Check in time is from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• The lodge must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
• Short breaks available please enquire.
• We are sorry that we cannot accept group bookings (3 or more) from single sex groups. We reserve the right to apply discretion in certain circumstances.
• Special occasions, Anniversaries and Birthdays can be catered for on request.
