Bowness Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom luxury lodge based on Limefitt Park, Windermere.

General Description

New In August 2007 Bowness Lodge provides larger than average self-catering accomodation for up to 4 people.

Set on Limefitt Park amongst the stunning scenery and fells of the Troutbeck Valley , only 3 miles from bustling Windermere, this makes a superb central base for visiting any part of the Lake District.

On the park you have direct access to the fells also a shop, a pub and an adventure playground.

Accommodation

• Spacious open plan lounge and dining area. TV, DVD & CD radio
• Patio doors onto large furnished decked patio
• Kitchen comprises, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, full size fridge & separate freezer, iron, ironing board.
• Double bedroom with en-suite shower, sink & toilet. Large walk in wardrobe. Hairdryer
• Twin bedroom with walk in wardrobe
• All bedding & towels provided
• Travel cot available at no extra cost (please bring your own bedding for this)
• Family bathroom with bath, shower over, sink & toilet
• Large cupboard of childrens toys, games, books, DVD’s etc
• Car parking at side of lodge
• We are fully central heated & double glazed for a warm welcome whatever time of year.
• Strictly no smoking & no pets except guide dogs
• Sorry no single sex groups under age 25

Rental Notes:

• Available for weekly bookings & short breaks
• Weekly change over normally a Friday
• Mid- week. breaks are Mon- Fri.
• Weekend breaks are Fri - Mon
• A £100 deposit will secure your booking
• Balance due 4 weeks before arrival
• Cleaning and laundry charge of £38 is to be added to the booking cost and is payable with final balance.
• Price includes gas,electricity, bedding & towels
• Check in 3pm
• Check out 10am
