Bowness Lodge is a privately owned 2 bed/2 bath contemporary pine lodge providing luxurious self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 4 people and 2 dogs in one of the most beautiful parts of the Lake District.

Welcome to Bowness Lodge, situated in one of the Lake District’s most beautiful valleys and the perfect base to explore this stunning area. Bowness Lodge offers spacious high quality accommodation, is centrally heated, double glazed with everything you need for a comfortable stay any time of year. The lodge is of contemporary open plan design, tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. There is one double en suite bedroom, one twin bedroom and a further family bathroom. The lodge has a flat screen TV, hi fi sytem with CD player and radio, free wi-fi internet access and quality Sony iPod speaker dock. A travel cot and high chair is provided at no extra cost. French windows open from the lounge to the large deck equipped with quality garden furniture for al fresco dining.

Limefitt Park is a 5 star award -winning park in a spectacular mountain setting close to Windermere ( 3.5miles ) Bowness, Ambleside and all major attractions, shops, pubs and restaurants. For a small extra charge guests can purchase weekly passes to use the excellent leisure facilities at nearby White Cross Bay, Windermere including indoor pool, gym and sauna. On site facilities include the cosy Haybarn Pub with woodburning stove serving local beers and bar meals with pool table and games room, a small shop, an adventure playground, river rock pool and a large sports field. It all adds up to make the perfect destination for a most relaxing and enjoyable holiday !

See our other lodges – Limefitt Lodge is located virtually next door, it has two bedrooms, one double, one twin. Discounts available for groups renting both lodges together. Also Brathay Lodge, sleeps 4 located at White Cross Bay, Windermere.

• En suite master bedroom with shower, wash basin, wc, double bed, fitted wardrobes and cupboards.
• Twin bedroom 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe and cupboards.
• Family bathroom, with bath, overhead shower, toilet and hand basin.
• Large private balcony / sun deck, with access from lounge. Garden furniture and parasol
• Large plot with parking space for one car alongside lodge.
• Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels all provided at no extra cost
• Travel cot and highchair included at no extra cost
• Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed at no extra charge.
• Guests can purchase passes to use leisure facilities at nearby White Cross Bay with indoor heated pool, gym and sauna.

Rental Notes:

• Available for weekly bookings & short breaks
• Weekly change over normally a Friday
• Mid- week. breaks are Mon- Fri.
• Weekend breaks are Fri - Mon
• A £100 deposit will secure your booking
• Balance due 4 weeks before arrival
• Cleaning and laundry charge of £38 is to be added to the booking cost and is payable with final balance.
• Price includes gas,electricity, bedding & towels
• Check in 3pm
• Check out 10am
