Calgarth Lodge
is situated on the 5* White Cross Bay Lakeside site in between Windermere and Ambleside. It has all the facilities you need to make this a very enjoyable break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Easy access to all outdoor activities, walks long and short, pubs and shops, adventure playground, picnic site by the lake and so much more!
General Description
Calgarth Lodge provides luxurious accommodation for 4 people, in one double (ensuite) and one twin bedroom with private bathroom. Situated in between Windermere and Ambleside, the lodge is a stones throw from the lake itself and close to all amenities. There is a leisure complex on site, picnic area by the lake, dog walking field, childrens playground, pub/restaurant & shop.
Lots to do nearby - Brockhole offers gardens and visitors centre and a great adventure playground and is only 10 minutes walk away - you can also cruise from there! Bowness-on-Windermere, Ambleside, Grasmere so much to do and see you are spoilt for choice!
Accommodation
- Open plan lounge and dining room. Feature fireplace. Comfortable leather furniture - twin sofa, two chairs, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs.
- 26” LCD TV - DVD player - CD Player - SKY TV
- A selection of games , DVDs and books is provided.
- Fully equipped kitchen - Gas Oven and Gas Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave Oven, Toaster & Kettle .
- 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes & cupboards
- En-suite shower room with shower, toilet and hand basin.
- 1 twin bedroom 2 full sized single beds with fitted wardrobe & cupboards.
- Additional Shower room with shower, toilet and hand basin.
- Balcony / sun deck, with access from lounge. Garden furniture & Barbecue stand
- Parking space for two cars alongside lodge.
- Duvets, pillows, bath towels and bed linen all provided, making your holiday as easy and as comfortable as possible. We ask you to bring your own tea towels.

Tariff details for Treetop lodge are combined with the Availability Chart
Rental Notes:
- Full week bookings are generally Friday - Friday.
- Prices are fully inclusive of cleaning, bedding, towels, tea towels, gas and electric.
- 5% discount for returning guests
- A deposit of £100 is payable in advance for full weeks bookings with the balance being due 4 weeks prior to arrival - weekend and mid week breaks are payable on booking.
- Well behaved dogs are welcome at Tree Top Lodge but must be kept on a lead whilst walking around the site.
- No extra charge for dogs
