General Description

Esthwaite is a brand new (in December 2011) privately owned luxury lodge which has replaced a traditional log cabin styled lodge recently. It is situated in the Beckside area of Limefitt Park and enjoys a lovely riverbank location with open views across fields to the fells.

It is ideal for families or couples and sleeps up to 4 people.

The well appointed and customised accommodation is bright and airy and benefits from full central heating and double glazing to ensure a very comfortable stay all year round. Outside there is a spacious deck.

Pets – up to 2 small/medium dogs accepted.

We are pleased to confirm that all our guests have complimentary use of the Low Wood Leisure Club* during their your stay. The club has a delightful swimming pool and gym as well as many other leisure facilities to try. Additionally guests will receive up to 20% off the watersports activities at the Low Wood Marina opposite the club.

* The Low Wood Club is located at the Low Wood Hotel 4 miles from Limefitt on the main A591 between Windermere & Ambleside.

Accommodation

• Contemporary open plan lounge and dining area. Full length windows with views above and across Trout Beck river below. Pitched pine ceiling with built in lighting.
• Feature electric fire
• Furniture includes two comfortable fabric sofas. Dining table with 4 chairs
• For your entertainment there is a wall mounted flat screen 32 inch TV. DVD player. DAB radio.
• Well equipped and superbly appointed fitted kitchen. Equipment includes :
  • Electric fan assisted oven
  • Gas hob with 4 rings
  • integrated fridge with freezer compartment
  • microwave
  • kettle and toaster
  • ample cutlery and crockery
  • plenty of generous storage space.
• Master Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room. Double bed with bedside drawers and plenty of generous wardrobe space. Dressing Table. Ensuite luxury shower room with toilet and basin.
• Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes and drawers providing ample storage.
• Family bathroom with full sized bath with shower, vanity unit, toilet and a shaving point.
• Double patio doors lead from the main living area onto a large south facing decking with views over the river and across fields to towards Wansfell. Patio furniture and chairs are provided for outdoor dining and relaxation.
• Parking for 2 cars to side of lodge.

Rental Notes:

• Our Maximum Occupancy is 4 persons (plus 1 child in cot – travel cot and high chair provided free of charge).
• We offer weekly stays of 7 nights arriving on a Friday.
• Short breaks are available throughout the year. Either a 3 night weekend short break (arrive Friday 4pm depart by 10am Monday) or a 4 night midweek break (arrive Monday 4pm depart by 10am Friday)
• Price is fully inclusive of all bedding, bed linen and towels, gas and electricity and local cleaning charge. Up to 2 small/medium dogs accepted at £10 per dog per stay.
• All payment cards accepted - credit cards subject to 2% handling fee
• A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking with balance due 8 weeks before arrival
• Esthwaite can be booked between March 1st and January 14th. We regret we are unable to offer stays between January 15th and February 28th as Limefitt Park is closed.
• For any other stays outside of these requirements including Monday arrivals, stays of longer than 7 days or flexible arrival and departure days (only within 2 weeks of stay) you will need to contact us to discuss.
• Returning or referred guests receive a 5% discount on final price which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Special offer discounts are usually available within 1 month of arrival.
