General Description

Fairfield Lodge is a privately owned, luxury, 2 bedroomed detached pine lodge providing self catering accommodation for up to 4 people. It is situated in the tranquil valley of Troutbeck near Windermere.

Built in 2007 to a very high specification, it provides luxury accommodation for 4 people. There is full central heating and double glazing for colder days, and a balcony and sun deck for warm days, which take advantage of the sunny aspect and stunning views. Situated close to a bridle path with access to the Lakeland fells.

Limefitt Park facilities include a children's play area, a well stocked reception shop, and The Haybarn Inn which serves food and drink.

• Ensuite shower room with hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail

Bedroom 2

• Two full size single beds.
• Fitted wardrobe, cupboards and drawers.
• Dressing table, stool and large mirror.
• Bedside cabinet with lamp and alarm clock.

Bathroom

• Family bathroom with bath, toilet, hand basin
• Heated towel rail

Outside

• Private parking along side lodge
• Decking area with patio furniture to front and seating to side

Rental Notes:

• Strictly NO smoking policy
• Fire extinguisher and Fire blanket in lodge
• Selection of games and DVD's in lodge
• Travel cot and high chair available on request
• Weekly changeover is normally Friday
• The total price includes gas/electricity, duvets, pillows bedlinen, towels/teatowels and cleaning on departure
• Beds made up on arrival
• A deposit of £100 will secure your booking, remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival
• Check in time from 3.00pm on day of arrival - the lodge must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure

28-30th August 2010 Had a fantastic week-end as I always do in the lakes. The weather this time was fantastic which always helps! Did some fantastic walks, there are loads on the doorstep so need to get in the car. The Queens Head can also be recommended for great food and is also within walking distance. Dawn - Lancashire
