Limefitt Park Lodges - Fellside Lodge

Fellside lodge is a Luxury self-catering lodge on Limefitt Park in Troutbeck valley, the best of the English Lake District. Close to Windermere, the lodge offers the ultimate holiday accommodation in beautiful surroundings.

General Description

Brand new and privately owned, Fellside Lodge is available to book for weeks or short breaks from May 2007.

The lodge boasts a superior fell-side, elevated pitch that is not overlooked and offers both privacy and a lovely view across Troutbeck valley.

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms the lodge can accommodate up to four people in one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom.

Accommodation

• Open plan lounge / dining area with three piece leather suite & arm-chair, feature fireplace, coffee table, dining table & 4 chairs, bookcase.
• Samsung 32" flat screen television with freeview. XBOX-360, Sony Mini HiFi.
• A selection of Books, CD's, DVD's and games are provided.
• The kitchen is built to a high specification and comes complete with an extensive list of appliances; electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, crockery & utensils
• The master bedroom is light, airy and spacious and offers plenty of storage space with built in wardrobes, drawers and is complete with flat screen TV+DVD
• The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
• The second bedroom comprises full size twin beds complete with built in wardrobe and drawers and TV+DVD
• The main bathroom consists of bath, over head shower, wash basin and toilet.
• A large private veranda, complete with wooden table and chairs and barbecue surrounds the lodge and faces the south.
• Duvets, pillows, bath towels and bed linen, tea towels are all provided, making your holiday as easy and as comfortable as possible.
• A cot and highchair are available by prior arrangement at no extra cost.
• Sorry - we can not accommodate pets

Rental Notes:

• Credit & Debit Card payment accepted
• Credit Card Payments subject to 2% surcharge
• Weekly changeover is normally on Friday.
• Weekend break is Fri/Sat /Sun (3 nights) departure Monday
• Midweek break is Mon-Thu(4 nights) departure Friday
• When availability allows, we may consider alternative requests
• A £40 local cleaning / laundry charge is payable with the final balance.
• Total price includes gas, electricity, bed linen ,towels ,tea towels and cleaning products.
• A travel cot and highchair are available by prior arrangement at no extra cost. (Cot bedding is not provided)
• A deposit of £100 will secure your booking and the balance becomes due 8 weeks before your arrival date.
• Cancellation must be notified 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. The deposit is non refundable. The balance is non returnable if we are unable to secure another booking at short notice.
• Check in time is from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• The lodge must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure.
• Sorry no pets or smoking inside the Lodge.

01-05 March 2011 A fantastic lodge in a fantastic location ! Not to mention the excellent service from Bash & Donna including all the little touches, card, chocolates & phone call. 10-14 Jan 201 We had a lovely stay at your lodge. Wish we booked longer. The weather was terrible but didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.(Made it much cosier). Thank you. No doubt we will be back when the baby is born.

31 Dec - 3 Jan We've had a lovely time at Fellside Lodge. On the first day we saw 2 deer's hopping around in our back garden. The space in the lodge is good.

18-22 Dec 2010 Thank you for letting us stay in this lovely lodge. We have really enjoyed our time here and have been amazed at the quality of everything.The surroundings are beautiful, especially with the snow. We hope we can come again sometime, hopefully for a little longer. Thanks again.

11-15 Oct 2010 Brilliant mid-week break, weather very kind to us. Couldn't fault the Lodge, very well equipped and "Superb Views".

23-26th Sep 2010 Very nice cabin. You can see it not the normal rental cabin. Very well equipped, clearly by someone who owns/living here. The park is fantastic and also a very good base to explore the lakes and walking trails. Also very good value for money compared to B&Bs and hotels. We will be coming back soon.

06-10 Sept 2010 "Fantastic Views", Relaxing & comfortable place to stay. The weather has been perfect for walking, sunny, cloudy & warm, we could not ask for more. We hope to stay here again next year.

Your place is well kept and has breathtaking views. Its one perfect place to stay. This serene and relaxing place that you have is truly unforgettable !

24-31st July 2010 We have spent a lot of time in the Lake District and we have our favourite places which now Limefitt Park is one of them. We have had a very relaxing time and done some lovely walks despite the weather (typical lakes). Lodge facilities fantastic, weather ok, views from the lodge - priceless ! (will miss them). Thanks for a great holiday. Have a feeling we may be back.

21-24 May 2010 Excellent Stay. Beautiful Lodge, stunning views. Much needed relaxing break, so peaceful. Weather fantastic. The Haybarn Pub very friendly. Enjoyed evenings sitting outside with a nice cold pint. We celebrated my husbands birthday with a fantastic meal on front decking. Bottle of wine. Lovely sunset back to work for him now stress free.
