General Description

Fell View lodge is a privately owned luxury lodge that accommodates up to 6 people. It is situated on the Kirkstone area of the beautiful Limefitt Park.

New to holiday letting from July 2011 Fell View Lodge is modern and spacious with luxury fittings and everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. There are 3 good size bedrooms, a family bathroom and to the master bedroom there is an en suite with Body Jet shower to refresh you after a days walking. The lodge has full central heating and double glazing so is cosy throughout the year. To the front and side of the lodge is a large decked area with views of the fells beyond.

Being only a few miles from Windermere and Ambleside, the five star Limefitt Park is close enough to visit the many shops and restaurants, but seems a world away in the peaceful Troutbeck valley.

The facilities on the park include the Haybarn Inn which serves food and drink, a children's play area with zip wire and river pool where children and adults can paddle and fish. The lodge has free wi-fi and there are plenty of walks directly from the door.

Rental Notes:

• Smoking is not allowed in the lodge.
• Weekly changeover is normally on Friday.
• A £50 local cleaning / laundry charge is payable with the final balance.
• Total price includes gas, electricity, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own tea towels.
• A deposit of £100 or (25% if greater) will secure your booking and the balance becomes due 8 weeks before your arrival date.
• Check in time is from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• The lodge must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
• Short breaks available please enquire.
• Special occasions, Anniversaries and Birthdays can be catered for on request.
