Limefitt Park Lodges - Helm Crag Lodge

Helm Crag Lodge is a privately owned, new in 2010, two bedroomed detached lodge.

It has been built to a high specification providing luxury accommodation for up to four people. The lodge comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a very spacious dinning and an open-plan living area. The open-plan living area has a dining table and four chairs for more formal dinning.

There is a master double bedroom with overhead fitted storage and an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom two contains two full-size twin beds, overhead fitted storage and a wardrobe. There is also a family bathroom containing a bath and an over-bath shower.

The lodge has gas central heating and double-glazing. Outside, there is ample space for parking and a large decking area with patio furniture (6 chairs and a table) and a gas BBQ.

The 5 star Limefitt Park facilities include the Haybarn Inn, a shop and a children's adventure play area all set in the most beautiful of locations. Limefitt is also a winner of the David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award.

Whether you are staying for just a few days or a full week, Helm Crag Lodge, Limefitt Park and the surrounding Troutbeck Valley provides for the most beautiful and relaxing of holidays.

Rental Notes and Additional Information:

• Changeover Day is a Friday
• Check In is from 3pm on day of arrival
• Please vacate by 10am on day of departure
• 25% deposit is required on booking
• The full payment balance is required four weeks before arrival
• Payment can be made by cheque or electronic bank transfer
• Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included
• WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS / PETS OR SMOKING
• Gas and electricity charges are included
• Cleaning and laundry charge of £40 is payable with final balance
