General Description

New for 2010 Horseshoe Lodge is a privately owned luxurious 2 bed roomed lodge providing ultimate accommodation for a self-catering holiday on 5 star limefitt park.

The lodge is located within the beautiful valley of trout beck, from its extensive decking area you have unspoilt views from sunrise to sunset over the surrounding fells.

There are many walks short and long which can be accessed direct from your lodge, or you can just sit back and relax in an area of natural beauty.

You are also within easy reach of an abundance of activities such as cycling, sailing and pony trekking which can be found locally.

Windermere and Bowness can be found just 3 miles away, with shops, bistros and restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines to suit most tastes.

Horseshoe lodge is perfectly located as a base for visiting any part of the Lake District.

Accommodation

• Fully central heated, open plan lounge and dinning area, 3 seat sofa, 2 seat sofa, 1 armchair, dinning table with seating for 6.
• 32inch LCD TV with built in DVD and free view.
• Fully equipped kitchen- dishwasher, fridge, freezer washing machine, gas oven and hob, microwave, slow cooker, kettle and toaster, cafetiere, a selection of cook books available.
• Master bedroom, king size bed with fitted wardrobe and bed side drawers. En-suite shower room and toilet.
• Twin bedroom 2 full size single beds with walk in wardrobe and drawers.
• Bathroom, bath with over head shower, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail
• Decked south facing balcony with unspoilt views, patio furniture with seating for 6
• Parking space for 2 cars along side lodge.

• A selection of games and DVDs and Cds are provided.
• Smoking is not permitted either in the lodge or on the decking area.
• No dogs or pets allowed.
• The facilities at WHITE CROSS bay can be used for a daily or weekly charge, this includes heated pool and gym.

Rental Notes:

• Gas,Electricity,Bedlinen,Towels,Tea towels and Cleaning are ALL INCLUSIVE.
• £100 will secure your booking, with the final balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
• Weekly change over day is Friday.
• Check-in time is 3pm on day of arrival.
• Check-out is 10am on day of departure,please could you make sure the fridge is emptied, all rubbish removed and put in the main site bins, recycle if possible. All crockery should be cleaned and put away. Thankyou.
• NO SMOKING
• NO PETS OR DOGS ALLOWED Thankyou.
• Credit and Debit card payments accepted or Cheques.
• There is a 3% surcharge on Credit card payments.
