General Description

Lakeside Lodge 6 is a privately owned 3 bedroom luxury lodge, providing self catering accommodation for up to 6 people. South Lakeland Leisure Village is set amidst rolling countryside on the fringes of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks and is a mere five minutes from junction 35 of the M6. Within a 30 minute drive are all the attractions of Bowness, Windermere and Ambleside with the delights of the local area, such as Leighton Moss Nature Reserve and Silverdale and Arnside on the doorstep.

The on site leisure facilities include an indoor pool, steam room, gym and beauty treatments, payable locally. The Waters Edge Restaurant offers excellent cuisine, making this an ideal site for couples and Families alike. Lakeside Lodge 6 is well presented throughout. Modern fittings ensure you have everything on hand for self-catering and the decked area is ideal for relaxing and taking in the views across the lake. Lakeside Lodge 6 sits right next to the waters edge and enjoys a small, private jetty from where you can access the lake for fishing, sailing etc.

Lakeside lodge 6 is fully central heated and double glazed, providing a warm welcome in any season. It is furnished to an excellent standard and easily accommodates 6 people. The living area is open plan and spacious, with comfortable seating in the lounge and a well-equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms are of good proportions and the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room in addition to the family bathroom. The decked area directly overlooks the lake and contains patio furniture, from which to enjoy the wonderful views. To the side of the lodge, there is a lawn and at the rear, space for private parking for two cars.

Accommodation

Kitchen/Diner

Well equipped kitchen with, Gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, tea towels. The dining area contains a dining table and 6 chairs.

Lounge

Comfortable furniture, with large 3 seater sofa, 3 large chairs, coffee table, feature fireplace and colour TV with DVD player and CD player. French doors from the dining area lead out on to the decking.

Bathroom

Bath, overhead shower, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 1

Double bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table/stool, bedside units and colour TV. En-suite shower room, containing shower cubicle, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2

Twin beds, fitted wardrobe, dressing table/stool and bedside unit.

Bedroom 3

Twin beds, fitted wardrobe, dressing table/stool and bedside unit.
