Limefitt Lodge is a privately owned, luxuriously appointed 3 bed timber lodge providing high quality self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people in a stunning 5 star location giving direct access to the fells. Cosy stone pub and shop only 4 minutes walk from the lodge.

Whatever time of year the lodge is always warm and welcoming with excellent showers and plenty of hot water - essential after a long day on the fells. Limefitt Lodge is double glazed, centrally heated and has an attractive fireplace for cosy nights in with friends. The lodge is of contemporary design, tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. There is one double en suite bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a further family bathroom. The accommodation is flexible as one of the twin rooms can be converted to a double on request. The lodge has a flat screen TV, free wi-fi internet access and a high quality Sony iPod speaker dock with radio. A cot and high chair is provided. French windows open from the lounge to the large deck equipped with quality garden furniture for al fresco dining.

Limefitt is a 5 star award winning park located in one of the most beautiful valleys in the Lake District close to Windermere ( 3.5miles ) Ambleside and all major attractions, shops, great pubs and restaurants. Limefitt Lodge is the is perfect location for a peaceful holiday yet close enough to the major visitor centres for those who want to explore the Lake District. For only £30 for the whole family guests can purchase weekly passes to use the excellent leisure facilities at nearby White Cross Bay, Windermere including indoor pool, gym and sauna.

• Fully equipped modern kitchen. Electric oven and gas hob, large fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.
• Master bedroom with en suite shower room, wc, double bed, fitted wardrobes, cupboards, TV.
• 2 x twin bedrooms each with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and cupboards ( one twin room can be converted to a double on request )
• Family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet and hand basin.
• Large private deck with access via French windows from lounge. Garden furniture, parasol etc
• Large plot with parking space for two cars alongside lodge, lawn area
• Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels all provided at no extra charge
• Travel cot and highchair included ( please bring own bedding )
• Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed at no extra charge.

Rental Notes:

• A £50 refundable damage deposit is required one week prior to arrival.
• Changeover day is Saturday.
• Check in time is 3pm on arrival day.
• Check out is 10am on day of departure
