Limefitt Lodge is a privately owned 3 bedroom luxury lodge, providing self catering accommodation for up to 6 people. It resides in the spectacularly situated Limefitt Park, within Troutbeck Valley. Whilst nestling within this most tranquil of settings, the lodge also benefits from numerous on site facilities and close proximity to Windermere itself.

General Description

Limefitt Lodge is a privately owned 3 bedroom luxury lodge, providing self catering accommodation for up to 6 people. It resides in the spectacularly situated Limefitt Park, within Troutbeck Valley and enjoys direct access to the surrounding fells, such as High Street and Froswick. It is an ideal place to appreciate the beauty of the Lake District, whilst still remaining only 3 miles from the hustle and bustle of Windermere. The lodge also benefits from many on site facilities, including the Haybarn pub, park shop, children's play area and river pool, not to mention nearby activities such as pony treking, cycle hire, golf, fishing and a host of motor sports. It is a fantastic location from which to enjoy a fabulous activity packed holiday.

Limefitt lodge itself is fully central heated and double glazed, providing a warm welcome in any season. It is furnished to an excellent standard and easily accommodates 6 people. The living area is open plan and spacious, with comfortable seating in the lounge and a well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms are of good proportions and the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room in addition to the family bathroom. Surrounding the lodge is a large decked area containing patio furniture, from which to enjoy the wonderful views and to the side, a lawn and space for private parking.

Accommodation

Kitchen/Diner

Well equipped kitchen with, Gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, tea towels. The dining area contains a dining table and 6 chairs.

Lounge

Comfortable furniture, with large 3 seater sofa, 3 large chairs, coffee table, feature fireplace and colour TV with DVD player and CD player. French doors from the dining area lead out on to the decking.

Bathroom

Bath, overhead shower, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 1

Double bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table/stool, bedside units and colour TV. En-suite shower room, containing shower cubicle, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2

Twin beds, fitted wardrobe, dressing table/stool and bedside unit.

Bedroom 3

Twin beds, fitted wardrobe, dressing table/stool and bedside unit.

Additional Information

• All bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
• Travel Cot and highchairs are available on request at no extra charge.
• An iron and ironing board can be found in the utility cupboard in the lounge.
• A selection of books, games and DVD's are provided.
• Free Wireless Internet (WiFi) Connection available.
• Large decked area to the front and side of the lodge with patio furniture provided.
• Private lawned area to side of lodge.
• Private parking for one vehicle with further visitors spaces available on site.
• Fire Extinguisher provided.
• Smoking is not permitted either in the lodge or on the decked area.
• Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Rental Notes:

• A £50 refundable damage deposit is required one week prior to arrival.
• Changeover day is Saturday.
• Check in time is 3pm on arrival day.
• Check out is 10am on day of departure
• Short breaks available.
