General Description

Limefitt View is a brand new (in Autumn 2011) privately owned luxury lodge situated at the top of the Ullswater area of Limefitt Park and enjoys extensive views from its elevated position.

It is ideal for families or couples and sleeps up to 6 people.

The well appointed and customised accommodation is bright and airy and benefits from full central heating and double glazing to ensure a very comfortable stay all year round. Outside there is a spacious deck with sweeping views.

We regret we are unable to accept pets at Limefitt View Lodge

We are pleased to confirm that all our guests have complimentary use of the Low Wood Leisure Club* during their your stay. The club has a delightful swimming pool and gym as well as many other leisure facilities to try. Additionally guests will receive up to 20% off the watersports activities at the Low Wood Marina opposite the club.

* The Low Wood Club is located at the Low Wood Hotel 4 miles from Limefitt on the main A591 between Windermere & Ambleside.

Accommodation

• Contemporary open plan lounge and dining area. Vaulted ceiling with feature beam.
• Feature fire place with electric fire
• Furniture includes two comfortable fabric sofas. Dining table with 6 chairs
• For your entertainment there is a wall mounted flat screen 32 inch TV & DVD player. Wii and Ipod docks
• Well equipped and superbly appointed fitted kitchen with utility area which has an island breakfast bar with stools. Equipment includes : single gas oven and hob, integrated fridge and separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle and toaster, ample cutlery and crockery, plenty of generous storage space
• Master Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room. King sized bed (5 foot wide) bedside drawers and plenty of generous storage space. Wall mounted TV. Large picture window framing views across to Troutbeck and Wansfell Pike. Ensuite luxury shower room with toilet and basin.
• Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and drawers.
• Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom also has full sized twin beds (3 foot wide). Fitted wardrobe and drawers.
• Family bathroom with full sized corner bath with shower, vanity unit, toilet and a shaving point.
• Double patio doors lead from the main living area onto a large south west facing balcony with extensive views from the elevated deck across Limefitt Park towards Wansfell Pike beyond. Patio furniture and chairs are provided for outdoor dining and relaxation. Charcoal barbeque.
• Parking for 2 cars to front of lodge. Padlocked storage area under the decking which is ideal for stroring bikes or canoes/kayaks.

Rental notes and additional information

• Our Maximum Occupancy is 6 adults (plus 1 child in cot ).
• We offer weekly stays of 7 nights arriving on a Friday.
• Short breaks are available throughout the year. Either a 3 night weekend short break (arrive Friday 4pm depart by 10am Monday) or a 4 night midweek break (arrive Monday 4pm depart by 10am Friday)
• Price is fully inclusive of all bedding, bed linen and towels, gas and electricity and local cleaning charge.
• Sorry no pets.
• All payment cards accepted - credit cards subject to 2% handling fee
• A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking with balance due 8 weeks before arrival
• Limefitt View can be booked between March 1st and January 14th. We regret we are unable to offer stays between January 15th and February 28th as Limefitt Park is closed.
• For any other stays outside of these requirements including Monday arrivals, stays of longer than 7 days or flexible arrival and departure days (only within 2 weeks of stay) you will need to contact us to discuss.
• Returning or referred guests receive a 5% discount on final price which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
