Nature's Edge is a privately owned 3 bedroom modern lodge, providing lovely self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 5 people.

General Description

New in 2002, Nature’s Edge is located just a stone’s throw from the leisure centre and swimming pool in the “Grasmere” area of White Cross Bay holiday park. It has pine decking on two sides and has the benefit of getting sunshine all the day round. It has its own garden area to the side with enough parking at the front for two cars.

The 28ft x 20ft lodge has panel heaters in each room, a glowing gas fire and double glazing ensuring that the lodge is warm and welcoming whatever the weather. It provides perfect accommodate for families with children as it has three bedrooms. This is also a pet friendly lodge.

The holiday park is on the banks of Lake Windermere, with a wonderful marina and huge lakeside picnic area. It is in a beautiful and quiet location in Troutbeck Bridge, about 2 miles from both Ambleside and Windermere.

Nature’s Edge is perfectly placed for a peaceful holiday whilst being close enough to the major visitor centres for those who want to explore the Lake District.

Leisure passes are included in the price and a welcome pack is provided on arrival.

• A selection of games, DVDs, CDs, books and maps are provided.

• Fully equipped kitchen. Gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle.

• 2 double sized bedrooms, one with twin single beds and the other with a double size bed, dressing tables and fitted wardrobes & cupboards.
• 1 single bedroom with fitted wardrobes, mirror and bedside cabinet.
• Bath room, with full size bath, shower, toilet and hand basin.
• Private balcony / sun deck, with access from lounge.

Rental Notes:

• Weekly changeover is normally a Friday
• Prices include cleaning and laundry charge
• Prices include gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels
• A deposit of £50 or (25% if greater) will secure your booking and the balance becomes due 6 weeks before arrival
• check in time is from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival
• The lodge must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure
• Short breaks available outside peak holiday periods
