Red Squirrels at Limefitt!

This morning we had a red squirrel on our bird feeder. This is the first time I have seen a red here - plenty of greys destroying my bird feeders on a regular basis, but the red squirrel, as well as looking far more graceful manages to eat the nuts without having to gnaw the bird feeder to pieces to get at them. A very welcome new visitor.

And he(?) is still around

Tonight I was feeding him peanuts from about 3 feet away!
