Treetop Lodge

Tree Top Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom pine detached lodge, providing luxurious self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 4 people. It is located within Limefitt Park where you will find a pub within 4 minutes walk, a shop, adventure playground, football field, a river pool, and access directly onto the fells.

General Description

New in 2007 and built to an extremely high standard, Tree Top Lodge has full central heating and double glazing to ensure that the lodge is warm and welcoming whatever the weather. There is a balcony and sun deck, with views over Wansfell to the East, Applethwaite Common to the West and the Troutbeck Fells to the North.

Nestling at the foot of the Troutbeck valley, the lodge is only 3 miles from Lake Windermere but it is a world away from the bustle of Ambleside and Bowness.

Tree Top Lodge is perfectly placed for a peaceful holiday whilst being close enough to the major visitor centres for those who want to explore the Lake District.

Accommodation

• Open plan lounge and dining room. Feature fireplace. Comfortable leather furniture - twin sofa, two chairs, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs.
• 26” LCD TV - DVD player - CD Player.
• A selection of games , DVDs and books is provided.
• Fully equipped kitchen - Electric Oven and Gas Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave Oven, Toaster & Kettle .
• 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes & cupboards
• En-suite shower room with shower, toilet and hand basin.
• 1 twin bedroom 2 full sized single beds with fitted wardrobe & cupboards.
• Additional Shower room with shower, toilet and hand basin.
• Balcony / sun deck, with access from lounge. Garden furniture & Gas Barbecue
• Parking space for two cars alongside lodge.
• Duvets, pillows, bath towels and bed linen all provided, making your holiday as easy and as comfortable as possible. We ask you to bring your own tea towels.

Rental Notes:

• Full week bookings are generally Friday - Friday.
• Prices are fully inclusive of cleaning, bedding, towels, tea towels, gas and electric.
• 5% discount for returning guests
• A deposit of £100 is payable in advance for full weeks bookings with the balance being due 4 weeks prior to arrival - weekend and mid week breaks are payable on booking.
• Well behaved dogs are welcome at Tree Top Lodge but must be kept on a lead whilst walking around the site.
• No extra charge for dogs
